Shipping Policy

Some products will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders from the United States will be delivered within 8-16 business days. Orders from Europe will be delivered within 8-16 business days
Orders to Canada, Australia, Mexico, South America and Asia are all shipped within 3 business days. However, delivery time varies, usually between 8-16 business days, please contact us and we will tell you the exact delivery time.
All our packages are sent by tracked and insured delivery. If your package is lost in transit, this is our responsibility and we will arrange a replacement for you.
If delivery is refused or delivery is attempted multiple times, or we have contacted you to ask you to contact the courier to recover your package, but you have not done so, the package will be returned to one of the courier's hubs and destroyed. If this happens. We are unable to recover the package, we will not provide a refund and will not provide a replacement.
Failure to contact the courier, accept parcel delivery, arrange parcel collection or arrange parcel redelivery is the responsibility of the customer. We will not be held responsible if the customer does not contact the courier to arrange redelivery after a failed delivery. We will not be held responsible if the customer does not contact the courier to provide additional address information when it is important, or if the customer refuses to deliver the parcel. We will not be held responsible if the customer does not arrange parcel delivery after a failed delivery. We will not be held responsible if the customer enters an incorrect delivery address and does not resolve it with the courier, which ultimately results in the parcel being returned and destroyed. In all these cases, the parcel will be returned to one of the courier's hubs where it will be destroyed. If this happens and we are unable to recover the parcel, we will not provide a refund and will not offer a replacement.
If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered and the customer claims that they did not receive the parcel, we will provide a shipping label to confirm that the parcel was delivered to the correct address. After providing the shipping label, the customer must contact the courier directly for further inquiries. If the shipping label shows that the parcel was delivered to the correct address and the tracking information shows that the parcel was delivered, we will not provide a refund or replacement. The buyer must contact the courier directly and file a claim with the courier.
