We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not support exchange services. Please confirm the purchased products and product SKUs before placing an order.
Replacement of product parts
We only provide one-time product replacement service. Please take photos and describe according to the style and quantity of the product, but the number of parts cannot exceed 5, and the number of parts of each type cannot exceed 7. The replacement parts are free, and the postage is borne by the buyer. The buyer can also choose to purchase another building block product together with the replacement parts to save shipping costs.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically receive the refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
